We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you face any issue accessing or downloading your file, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at rnsimplified@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your eligible item (if applicable) and make a separate purchase for the new one.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days, for any reason. This applies only to physical items (like spiral books) and not to digital downloads.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
